Hi, I am Gursehaj Singh
I'm a 24-year-old game programmer and recent graduate from George Brown College, with over 6 years of programming experience. Even before formal education, I was deeply involved in coding, driven by a strong passion for games and how they’re built from the inside
Throughout my journey, I've developed a solid foundation in C++ and C#, with a strong understanding of graphics programming, game engine architecture, and AI systems for game characters—including pathfinding, decision-making, and behavior modeling. I'm also familiar with DirectX and OpenGL, and I enjoy solving complex technical challenges with clear, maintainable, and scalable code.
What truly defines me as a developer is my system-oriented mindset. I don't just write code to solve a one-time problem—I build tools and frameworks that empower game designers to create rich, interactive experiences. Whether it's a weather system, enemy AI, or NPC behavior framework, my goal is to make game systems that are intuitive, reusable, and easy to extend.
I follow clean code practices and strive to think critically, write efficient solutions, and collaborate effectively in a team setting. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and innovate—and most importantly, I’m excited to start my first professional role in the industry I’ve dreamed of being part of since childhood.
